**Weekend tickets are released every Wednesday for the following weekend.
-No sick children allowed. We have a sick policy posted, and may ask you to leave if we notice your child is sick. Please email us atleast 1 hour before your session begins if you need to cancel tickets info@playlandnc.com
-If you don't show up for your session without notice, there will be no refund or transfers.
-We may still accept some walk-ins only if we are not at capacity.
- All ages 1-10 need a ticket
- 2 free adult admissions are included PER FAMILY! $10.99 for each extra adult - can be purchased at the door.
- Please remember to sign our waiver online prior to coming in to save time!
- Each ticket is good for 2 hour play time
- We ask that you please come and leave at your scheduled time so we can clean and prepare for the next session. Arriving 15 minutes within your scheduled play session begins is allowed, and you may still get your 2 hour play time.
- Infants 11 months and under are free with a paid sibling
