Responsibilities
- Greet customers, handle cash register operations
- Maintain a clean work/play environment. SAFETY and CLEANLINESS are a priority
- Interact with children during open play hours in a positive, encouraging and age-appropriate manner
- Provide excellent customer service to parents and caregivers
- Organize play areas by keeping toys neat and equipment clean
- Basic food and beverage services
- Explain Playland facility rules
- Handle and enforce waiver policies
- Assist with birthday parties
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 17 years old
- Ability to work in a noisy and fast-paced environment
- Ability to work most weekends and some holidays
- Ability to interact with children and adults, work cooperatively with others, and handle stressful situations
- Physical requirements involve a combination of walking and standing. Includes climbing, bending, squatting, pushing, pulling, reaching and walking on uneven surfaces
- Must be able to pass a background check to work with children
- Most of all, you must LOVE kids!
